We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal information. GoTimeHK is designed with a "privacy-first" approach. We do not have a backend server, and we do not require you to create an account to use the application.

2. Location Services

The application may request access to your device's location data.

• Purpose: This is used solely to provide location-based features, such as showing the nearest transport stations or updating Widgets relevant to your current location.
• Local Processing Only: Your location data is processed locally on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or store your location history on any external servers.

3. Data Storage

• Local Storage: All data related to your "Spaces" (customized routes, stations, and preferences) is stored locally on your device.
• Data Deletion: Since we do not sync your data to a cloud server, uninstalling the application will permanently delete all your saved configurations and data. This action cannot be undone.

4. Third-Party Data

Our application displays real-time transportation data provided by third-party public operators (including MTR, KMB, and Minibus operators) via open data APIs (e.g., DATA.GOV.HK). We do not own or control this data.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
